Mama Lyn Charity Foundation delivers vital education on child rights to Mafi-Adidome students
Volta Region – September 18, 2024 – The Mama Lyn Charity Foundation, led by founder Madam Evelyn Agbese Wemegah, hosted an enlightening program today at the Roman Catholic Basic School in Mafi-Adidome. The initiative aimed to educate students about their rights and responsibilities, fostering a culture of awareness and empowerment among the youth.
Numerous eager pupils participated in the session, where they learned about fundamental rights that every child is entitled to, including access to education, protection from abuse, and the importance of engaging in school activities.
Madam Wemegah’s dynamic presentation included interactive activities and discussions that encouraged active participation. “Understanding your rights is vital,” she emphasized.
“But we must also recognize our responsibilities to ourselves, our peers, and our community. Together, we can cultivate an environment that supports growth and development.”
Students responded enthusiastically, posing questions and sharing their thoughts on how to uphold their responsibilities.
Educators also expressed gratitude for the initiative, acknowledging its significance in shaping the mindset of young learners.
